During a treatment session at our Burlington clinic, you will lie comfortably on a computerized decompression table. A harness is fitted around your hips and another around your trunk. The machine is then calibrated to your specific needs, and it will gently and slowly stretch your spine in a controlled manner, alternating between stretching and relaxation phases. Most patients find the experience painless and relaxing; some even fall asleep during the session. Each treatment typically lasts between 20 to 30 minutes.
